We got a replacement transmission. A week later it spewed fluid everywhere. The lines were bad. Loss of pressure caused the transmission to last a year. Only got 30 k miles out of it all the while the trans faced problems and had to get towed back to atlas non stop for that year and continuously they would say it wasnt a transmission issue. They say that and do short term mends to put you out of the warranty. Finally when it went out all Irene keeps saying is it is now out of warranty. They had reprogrammed the TCM twice and said with out even looking at it this last time that it was the valve body. The sequence is telling. Loss of pressure didn't redo the timing on it finally got around to reprogram....Pretty much anything to avoid honoring the warranty. A different shop has now told us it's exactly the transmission that went bad prematurely bc they didn't inspect lines properly. Don't go here. We are having to pay for another full transmission at a different location because of the shoddy work and excuses this shop offers

Stay AWAY !!! Believe all the negative comments !!! If you read them they all they state the same thing , I promise you , you will regret this . 1.Horrible service ! Don’t go here !!! 2.They will use your car, waste your gas .‼️ 3.They will scratch / damage your vehicle ‼️ 4.They have unlicensed mechanics .‼️ 5. They do not care about your services they will not contact you or take care of your vehicle right away . 6. Management & Customer service extremely rude and unprofessional . 7. NOBODY in there knows what’s going on . 8. I did a surprise pop up not to only find my vehicle scratch and with an empty tank but also all my doors were unlock without supervision and keys in the ignition .

The bad reviews of service on the girl in the office are true the owner’s daughters in the office as one guy said she seems miserable. I picked up my car $5200. I was actually recommended by someone otherwise I would not have gone there couple weeks later it’s jumping out of gear took it back was told it’s just going through the gears. It’s an eight speed transmission. Another gentleman took it for a ride. Said this is not right. Got it back. It was worse. got it back to third time and it’s been a couple weeks. I think they were getting tired of me showing up because it seems to be running OK if you persist with them you make get it done you make it back you’re $5200 worth of work and it took 40 minutes to get there from home 40 minutes back with someone following me after I dropped it off. I had a ride home so three times almost 2 hours taking and picking up so think about it before you take your car there. I am really happy that it’s running right but I’m not gonna get a dollar on it.

Terrible customer service and repair! They don’t warranty their work!! I would never recommend them! I had a repair there and spent thousands and I wanted to know what they charged me for the repair to send me a copy of my invoice. She stated they only have 30 days of records which is terrible business practice.

Atlas rebuilt my transmission on my van and it’s like I got a brand new vehicle. There work is amazing! They are very friendly and quick turn around! I would recommend them to anyone
